Came across a great site via Entrecard today that lists hundreds of scholarships and details about who is eligible and the details. The Fulbright Program is funded by the US Department of State and administered by a number of organizations including the IIE. It funds a number of different activities but for foreign (non-US) students the most important are that it funds graduate students who wish to study in the US and it funds foreign scholars (professors or academics) to conduct research, lecture, or teach at US universities.
