The Answers
1) A plane crashes on the border between the US and Canada. 15 people die. Where do they bury the survivors?
A: Survivor means someone who didn’t die. So you don’t bury them anywhere.
2) There is a red one-story house and everything in it is red. The tables are red, the chairs are red, the piano is red. What color is the staircase?
A: It’s a one story house. There is no staircase.
3) What’s the difference between here and there?
A: The letter “t”. T + HERE = THERE
4) Some months have 31 days but how many months have 28 days?
A: All of them. Every month has at least 28 days!
5) Which country makes Panama hats?
A: Ecuador
6) There are 3 apples. You take 2. How many do you have?
A: 2. YOU took 2 apples so YOU have 2.
7) How far can you run into a forest?
A: Halfway. Then you are running OUT OF the forest.
8) A man builds a rectangular house in such a way that all sides face south. A bear walks by. What color is the bear?
A: White. If all sides face south, you’re at the north pole. So the only bear you would see would be a polar bear.
Don’t worry. Only an idiot could have gotten them all right!
